My background for delivering healing is decades of inner work, with meditation yoga and healing methods to enhance presence. I focus on enabling inner openings to increased trust, presence and tranquility.
When experiencing own physical trauma, I've found that I can concentrate the energetic healing power I am gifted with, to heal myself from such. I use Dzogchen meditation as a core piece of that puzzle and magic. I'm further trained in the "Dyad" method from the "Enligthenment Intensive", a retreat teacher training I did in 2002. In 2013 I was grateful to receive training in Pleiadian healing methods in Norway, followed by two breathwork facilitation trainings in Bali. In all, I have 25+ years of yoga and meditation, though some procrastination too. My academic education is high: While at the Norwegian Air Force College, my prize-winning thesis was recognized at the level of a Phd (in Psychology) by the University of Trondheim. I've also held core top positions in the Norwegian military.
The work with my Tibetan singing bowl pictured below is on-body, creating a vibration resembling the sound and feel of gong and akin to the didgeridoo vibe as well. There are spots on the thighs and torso that the bowl may balance well, covering most chakras. No longer bringing it about, it's too precious, I do recommend gong sound baths by those being deeply in tune.
As a military pilot I flew a dozen different aircraft in the inventory of the Royal Norwegian Air Force, US Army and US Navy. Also, like in this picture found (not mine), this is also in a two-ship over Norway: flying an F-16 at 1850 km/h (1150 mph). Pulling 9 G's during a "friendly" hunt at Mach 1.5 at 40,000 feet was just part of the game then, and quite an empowering experience.
My worldly contribution includes management consulting processes for corporations and organizations. If you're interested in that part of my offering, check www.vistra.no
I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel (Royal Norwegian Air Force), choosing to retire at 41 rather than take on a 'Bird' Colonel position far away from family.
Sound Healing for Deep Souls
Experienced with profound meditations, yoga and healing modalities, I use various approaches to support deep experiences. It can be a personal session or a distance healing session while you sleep. My clients are usually established healers and long-term meditators. I also facilitate Inner Dance group sessions and Enlightenment Intensives.
Finding my Healing Abilities by Accident
I've been in a master-student relationship for many years, having followed Tibetan-Buddhist teachings for 22 years now. That relationship started with reading "The Way of the White Clouds" by Lama Anagarika Govinda, while recovering from a bike accident. I had been accelerating uphill passing 55 km/h (35 mph) when the shoe connection broke. I applied too much torque for the shoe-pedal connection, around 2,000 watts of peak power. The movement of my bike changed into rotating mid-air, three feet above the ground. I hit the tarmac hard, and broke the four lowest ribs on the right side, losing the ability to stand upright.
Returning from the hospital a week later, I picked up my first-ever Buddhist book to give me something to do in standstill recovery. Reading of the auspicious healings that the book described, I thought "that I can do" and I then set about transforming my intense back pain, dropping the hospital-prescribed morphine. Focusing on transforming the pain, it disappeared immediately and completely. Amazed, I also noticed that it took me some energy to conduct the transformation. To boot, the outcome appeared as thoughts, and they were neutral at best. After a couple of hours, I thus decided to drop the self-healing. At that very instant, the severe pain returned with a vengeance. To my surprise, it was no longer "grabbing me". Knowing that I could get rid of the pain in an instant, I could see it for what it was – just a small part of my world. This became one of the first inner teachings that I clearly remember in this life:
"We are much more than our strife, pain or any other experiences. We are not that, though it may seem so at times."
Tibetan Buddhism and an Outhouse
I consequently joined Karma Tashi Ling Tibetan Buddhist Center in Oslo, receiving teachings from Lama Changchub, Khandro Rinpoche, Alan B. Wallace and others. For karma yoga I had the fortune of leading the building of a 3-stall outhouse at their retreat center Karma Shedrup Ling, together with other seasoned meditators. A classic design, we had fun constructing it by intuition as we went about it. It still came out sturdy, we're Norwegian for Christ's sake!
Beautiful Experiences Throughout My Life
Before my extensive meditation practice ongoing for long, I had deep experiences from when I was seven years old – at a time when there was no commonly known explanation of what I experienced (Norway, 1967). So I forgot who I was, in many ways. Back then I still had clear insights for the inspiring upbringing I would offer my own children, also through the choice of a perfectly matching, grounded and wise wife. My intention was to create a magical family where love could lead the way, in contrast to me growing up in "a mix". I met her at age 22, at military flight school for both of us, we married two years later and were together for 30 years. At that time the kids left the nest, to deliver compassionate work for people and planet as a teacher, a nurse and one working for Doctors without Borders. I ended up divorcing and moving from Norway to Bali, for reasons outside the five of us.
High Academia and Formal Healing Trainings
I took training to lead Enlightenment Intensives in 2002, and since then Pleiadian Healing (connected with Christian Mysticism), Breathwork Sound Healing and Inner Dance. I also have high academia [PhD], and coaching training, plus the first year of a three-year healing school in Norway. I've been an air force pilot for 12 years, a senior strategic advisor for the Norwegian Military at age 37 and a senior business advisor since 41. I love the practical applications of inner mysticism, like when I ride motorcycles in flow with all. Fast and safe, reciting Om Mani Padme Hung and also this one, fitting well for moving around Bali: Om Namoh Shivaya. How that works can be seen on YouTube, here >> If you live in Bali, you might appreciate this tighter traffic maneuvering in flow >>
