In-Person Sound Healing Sessions
Tuning into a consciously orchestrated soundset, we open to being the music. Breathing consciously and dropping in, we can let each chord, each twist and turn, touch us deeply. A great soundset has the energy, variation, beauty and perfection to allow that more easily: To let go and rest in BEING.
Most of my clients have a meditation & yoga practice. In session, client space is sacred – where the deep intelligence of the body, mind and soul may arise and lead the way. Honoring that I also conduct a unique energetic cleanse at the end, ensuring "spiritual hygiene".

Trained in many modalities for coaching as well as healing, I'm here to hear you out and assist you through a deeper understanding of your challenges and not fully realized potentials.
Thanks to beautiful soundsets being received through many facilitation trainings, I select a fitting soundset for each session. With repeat sessions, you can experience more of a variation, and choose a one hour dynamic breathing session or a calmer two hour extended one. The outline below is for the longer session, the flow is similar for the one-hour.

Workshop: The Zen of Authenticity
Trained in several profound modalities, I have put together a workshop to empower authenticity and presence. Authenticity is the basis for our deepening. It opens our hearts too.
Starting, we'll do some physical movements and whirling, to great music. Then we'll sit down for contemplation on Zen 'koans', in introspection on depth-inviting instructions, taking 40 mins and working its magic. After a short silent break, we'll do a second Zen session. After another silent break, we lay down on mattresses to take part in the Sound Healing Session (90 mins by itself). Last, you're invited to journal your experience.
It's recommended to end and leave in silence, outside a one-sentence feedback round. If you can, plan some solo time right after this session, being in nature or at least on your own. Whatever you do, I recommend that you continue with an open heart in the afterglow of this workshop. It's oh so easy to shut down a bit, entering the world with its multitude of impressions.
